WE do not hold stock. All merchandise custom crafted by our commissioned artisans on receiving your confirmed Purchase Order.

TERMS – Shipment on Outright Sale basis. Prepayment by WISE or wire transfer/SWIFT to our Bank account on confirmation of PO by us.

SHIPMENT - Within 15 to 30 days depending on PO quantity and production time. FCL Container shipment expedited within 100 days for 20’ container and 120 days for 40’ container.

SHIPPING MODE – Air Freight, Courier and Sea Freight per your instruction. Shipping cost provided on receiving order and mode of shipment.

  • RETURNS/REFUND – WE do not hold Stock. All merchandise custom crafted by our commissioned artisans on receiving your confirmed Purchase Order.
  • CUSTOM regulations make it difficult and cumbersome for returns and refunds.
  • RETURNS usually involve expenditure of return freight cost and 10% deduction for restocking borne by the buyer.
  • RESHIPPING replacements is time consuming.

We offer instead rebates and discounts on subsequent shipments as compensation on mutual agreement.
